Quality and Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise quality assurance standards, audit tools, and performance scorecards.
• Serve as the departmental subject matter expert for quality assurance methodologies and performance measurement.
• Oversee data governance and reporting integrity for patient access performance metrics.
• Create executive dashboards and KPI reporting for departmental and senior leadership review.
• Manage and lead reporting automation initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to identify operational barriers affecting patient access and scheduling efficiency.
• Perform predictive and trend analysis to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with peers and subject matter experts to resolve issues identified through audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of related experience in quality assurance, analytics, or operational reporting.
• Proficiency in extracting, evaluating, cleaning, and summarizing complex data sets.
• Strong project management skills with experience executing technical and operational activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting to various audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Epic or other Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.
• Experience working in a shared service or contact center environment.
• Prior experience in business analytics or customer service analytics.
