Quality and HSE Manager/Director

Responsibilities

• Define and implement global policies and strategies for Quality Management and HSE
• Design and oversee the implementation of Quality and HSE Management Systems
• Set organizational standards for quality, health, and safety
• Manage the Quality Department team, including recruitment and competency development
• Oversee performance of all Quality and HSE aspects at site and in the office
• Approve all procedures, documents, records, and Quality/HSE plans
• Conduct and monitor internal audits and qualify internal auditors
• Manage non-conformities, corrective actions (CAR), and effectiveness evaluations
• Recommend resource budgets and assets to Top Management
• Identify and implement new concepts and improvements in Quality management

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electronics engineering
• ISO 9001 certification and extensive experience in QMS and Internal Auditing
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position
• Proven experience in QM and QC within flexible production or assembly environments
• Professional QM certificates
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to work onsite and perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating plant environments
• Must be based in Switzerland

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Oil & Gas industry
• Experience working in medium-sized organizations (200–500 employees)
• International business exposure
