About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure products meet quality and efficiency standards
- Manage spam and competitor sections
- Review listings via manual, XML Feed, and XLS methods
- Verify price, location, type, and purpose for listing approval
- Manage spam and bounced email sections
- Perform image QA according to guidelines
- Update competitor counts and client data in CRM
- Verify details of newly registered agents on the portal
- Update location and XML feed mapping daily
- Conduct daily website audits to ensure data quality
- Report new localities to the relevant department
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
- Intermediate or Graduate degree
- Experience in data management and data entry
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Good communication and follow-up skills
