Quality and Cybersecurity Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive quality and process excellence across all Product Groups in the PAD North America region.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IEC 62443, and customer contractual requirements.
• Lead cybersecurity compliance activities for North American projects in alignment with IEC 62443.
• Identify project-specific cybersecurity scope and coordinate required resources and actions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lead root cause analyses for non-conformities.
• Manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process and integrate findings into risk-management frameworks.
• Develop and maintain consistent reporting processes to provide transparency on quality and cybersecurity performance.
• Execute project-specific quality monitoring, including documentation review, supplier assessments, and test plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, process, electrical, or automation and control engineering (or practical equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in automation, electrification, instrumentation, or digitalization.
• Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience working with automation and IT systems, including programming and scripting skills.
• Proficiency in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor diverse, cross-functional technical teams.

• Experience in consulting engineering.
• Experience in project execution.
• Strong business acumen and a passion for process improvement.
