Quality and Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent, audit-ready processes that meet regulatory, customer, and internal governance requirements
• Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) and monitor compliance across carrier onboarding and load execution
• Track and report quality KPIs including data accuracy, documentation completeness, and carrier compliance
• Conduct internal audits across operational workflows such as carrier qualification and TMS data entry
• Maintain compliance documentation including carrier insurance, authority, and safety ratings
• Manage corporate platform administration, including employee login requests and Slack workspace moderation
• Coordinate with HR for onboarding, offboarding, and organizational chart updates
• Investigate and respond to online complaint reviews to protect company reputation
• Partner with IT to resolve helpdesk requests and with the Training Department to develop training materials
• Support the Fraud Team with active account breaches when necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
• Proficient in Google Drive and Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, reports)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in freight brokerage, track & trace, or account management
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in logistics or business-related fields
• Familiarity with ISO standards
