Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document customer transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members
• Relay important information through timely and accurate reports
• Produce effective strategies based on data reports, analysis, and observations
• Attend internal and external calibration sessions

Requirements

• Six months experience in process transformation
• Ability to work in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
