About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance tasks within a major automotive manufacturing environment
- Execute root cause analysis (RCA) using methodologies such as the 5 Whys or Ishikawa diagrams
- Lead internal audits and communicate deviations to operators, supervisors, and management
- Resolve technical, electrical, and mechanical problems on the assembly line or during warranty analysis
- Interpret technical drawings and utilize various measurement instruments
Requirements
- Currently studying Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or IT)
- Experience in internships or higher-level roles in Quality Assurance or Technical Support Quality
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards
- Proficiency in technical English
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of automotive core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA
- Experience using SAP
- Proficiency with Power BI
- Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, and standard office tools
