Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Define product quality baselines and conduct functional analysis to ensure software meets requirements and user needs
• Execute quality testing and checks on product designs in line with agreed objectives
• Perform gap analysis to identify deficiencies and provide recommendations for solutions
• Develop various testing scenarios to ensure the credibility of analysis and testing results
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure products are useful and usable for end users
• Support development teams during sprint planning by providing testing scenario results
• Use JIRA to document and release testing results for team accessibility
• Present and defend quality check and gap analysis results to stakeholders and managers
• Adopt Agile and SCRUM methodologies to ensure flexibility and adaptability to business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent field
• 4+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst in a B2B or B2C enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies
• Proficiency with collaboration tools including JIRA and Slack
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and human-driven design
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to process large amounts of data
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience with technology platforms that are both internally and externally hosted

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified SCRUM Master or Professional Certified Product Owner
• Quality Assurance certifications
• Experience in the airline industry or IT airline services (Ground Handling, PSS, Crew Management)
