Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive QA reviews of digital and print learning deliverables across multiple projects.
• Evaluate content for language accuracy, grammar, readability, structure, consistency, and instructional clarity.
• Review visual elements, formatting, layout, and graphic alignment to ensure professional presentation.
• Apply established QA tools, templates, and governance frameworks to ensure alignment with quality standards.
• Identify quality risks, systemic issues, and process gaps, providing clear recommendations for resolution.
• Escalate quality, timeline, and scope risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to instructional designers, developers, and project teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent QA assignments while meeting tight production deadlines.

Requirements

• 7 to 9 years of professional experience in quality assurance, content review, or learning deliverable QA.
• Exceptional command of English grammar, punctuation, and editorial standards.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proven ability to review complex digital and print learning materials independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Noida, India.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reviewing eLearning courses developed in Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, or Lectora.
