Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform and document chromatographic analyses (GC and GC-MS) to ensure product quality compliance
• Conduct physicochemical testing on powders, dried products, and emulsions
• Prepare samples, standards, reagents, and analytical solutions
• Interpret, validate, and report analytical results accurately and on time
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment following established procedures
• Record analytical data in laboratory systems, logs, and electronic formats
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), quality standards, and safety regulations
• Support investigations of out-of-specification results and contribute to corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• Proven hands-on experience in chromatography (mandatory)
• Experience working with solid and complex matrices such as powders, dried materials, and emulsions
• Strong knowledge of analytical and organic chemistry principles
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills for data recording and analysis
• Availability to work rotating shifts for a temporary 6-month assignment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the food, ingredients, or flavor industry
• Familiarity with quality control processes and specification compliance
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to laboratory challenges
