Responsibilities

• Research, validate, correct, and maintain people, company, and project records in the global Zendai database
• Create and maintain global project and industry coding
• Identify and merge duplicate people records to ensure data integrity
• Audit closed projects to ensure business-critical information and documents are present
• Research company databases and websites to build company structures and ensure off-limits compliance
• Perform business and activity coding for work histories, projects, and companies
• Support global offices with data quality validation and support
• Generate meaningful reports using MS Excel
• Handle ad-hoc project requests to support core business operations

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree
• 0-2 years of experience in data clean-up, database maintenance, or a related research role
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to spot nuances
• Knowledge of global markets, industrial verticals, and management roles
• Familiarity with online databases, search engines, and research tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with management consulting, research, or database management products
• Conceptual understanding of data models or database administration tasks
• Experience using tools like LinkedIn, Hoovers, Capital IQ, or Factiva
