Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute launch processes for new product introductions
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using PSS, 8D, FTA, Shainin, and Six Sigma
• Develop and implement comprehensive inspection plans
• Resolve customer complaints through corrective and preventive actions
• Conduct process and system audits in compliance with VDA 6.3, ISO 9001:2015, and IATF 16949:2026
• Collaborate in the development and validation of PFMEA
• Spearhead continuous improvement projects for system optimization
• Leverage expertise in SMT and final assembly processes
• Review and optimize control plans to enhance process capability

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication or Mechanical Engineering with 8-9 years of experience
• OR Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / BTech in Electronics & Communication or Mechanical Engineering with 5-6 years of experience
• Experience in quality assurance or manufacturing
• Analytical skills and risk-based thinking
• Manpower management skills
