Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Implement quality reviews with operations and organize inspections for A220 and G7500 production lines
• Develop and update robust control plans in collaboration with operations quality teams
• Track the progress of corrective actions for non-conforming products via non-quality convergence plans
• Provide visibility on ongoing actions through professional presentations
• Manage communication with clients regarding exported non-quality issues
• Analyze and process customer complaints related to assembly anomalies identified at client sites
• Investigate the root cause and accountability of raised anomalies
• Support Airbus/Bombardier clients during technical analyses related to non-quality or improvement activities
• Lead convergence plans for customer returns, deviations, and DL
• Participate in quality initiatives such as Quality Box, line-side workshops, and AQP/AQL processes
• Adhere to all quality management system processes and collaborate with partners to achieve objectives

Requirements

• DEC technique or relevant aeronautical quality experience
• 5 years of relevant technical experience
• Knowledge of problem-solving methods (5Why, PPSMax, 8D, etc.)
• Knowledge of aeronautical assembly and manufacturing methods
• Bilingualism in French and English
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with EN/AS9100 standards

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification
