About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement quality reviews with operations and organize inspections for A220 and G7500 production lines
- Develop and update robust control plans in collaboration with operations quality teams
- Track the progress of corrective actions for non-conforming products via non-quality convergence plans
- Provide visibility on ongoing actions through professional presentations
- Manage communication with clients regarding exported non-quality issues
- Analyze and process customer complaints related to assembly anomalies identified at client sites
- Investigate the root cause and accountability of raised anomalies
- Support Airbus/Bombardier clients during technical analyses related to non-quality or improvement activities
- Lead convergence plans for customer returns, deviations, and DL
- Participate in quality initiatives such as Quality Box, line-side workshops, and AQP/AQL processes
- Adhere to all quality management system processes and collaborate with partners to achieve objectives
Requirements
- DEC technique or relevant aeronautical quality experience
- 5 years of relevant technical experience
- Knowledge of problem-solving methods (5Why, PPSMax, 8D, etc.)
- Knowledge of aeronautical assembly and manufacturing methods
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with EN/AS9100 standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
