Quality Aircraft Manager A400M Production Quality Retrofit & MRO Sevilla

Responsibilities

• Support the in situ reception, modification, testing, and delivery phases of the A400M aircraft to ensure proper execution.
• Attest documentation and resolve in situ blocking issues to maintain production flow.
• Coordinate quality activities and resources to ensure performance targets regarding quality, time, and cost are met.
• Ensure strict adherence to Part 145 regulations, quality management system requirements, and company standards.
• Manage customer inquiries and support the delivery of necessary documentation.
• Provide support across morning and afternoon shift rotations as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience working in Quality, MRO, and Part 145 (P145) environments.
• Experience in people management and conflict resolution.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• High adaptability to new business topics and working within a network-based organizational mode.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German or French is considered a significant asset.
