Quality & Agriculture Inspector

Responsibilities

• Inspect agricultural and food products including fresh crops and processed food
• Collect representative samples following sampling plans and SOPs
• Package, label, and transport samples securely to the laboratory
• Perform visual quality checks and basic on-site measurements
• Record findings and prepare clear inspection and sample submission reports
• Coordinate with laboratory staff
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Sciences (BSc)
• 3-5 years of experience in goods inspection, sampling, or quality control
• Knowledge of sampling methods and food safety/hygiene practices
• Strong report-writing and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to travel frequently within Egypt

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with food safety standards such as GAP, HACCP, and ISO
