Responsibilities

• Further develop quality systems for the company and its clients
• Participate in risk work and risk assessments
• Support quality work within projects
• Map and evaluate work processes
• Conduct internal audits and audit work for clients
• Drive continuous improvement and implementation
• Update and maintain procedures, templates, and models
• Follow up multidisciplinary controls and internal/external deviation management
• Ensure quality systems comply with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001

Requirements

• Higher relevant education
• More than 5 years of experience in quality management within large, complex projects
• Practical experience with risk management in large projects, especially in the implementation phase
• Knowledge of relevant ISO standards (9001, 14001)
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian (written and oral)
• Interest in digital tools and quality management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from consulting, contracting, project organizations, or client-side roles
• Ability to contribute to building and developing professional environments
