Quality & Adoption Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and execute detailed manual and functional test cases based on Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders to ensure coverage of business edge cases
• Own the creation of Help files, How-To videos, and tutorials for self-service documentation
• Conduct formal training sessions for end-users before new features go live
• Monitor the first 30 days after launch to verify feature usage and track the decline of solvable support tickets

Requirements

• Experience in functional or manual QA testing with requirement-based test case execution
• Ability to interpret Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and identify edge cases
• Experience facilitating or supporting UAT sessions with non-technical stakeholders
• Strong written communication skills for creating documentation and guides
• Experience delivering structured training to end-users
• Ability to work across engineering and business teams
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test case management tools like Jira, TestRail, or Azure DevOps
• Experience creating video tutorials or screen-recorded content
• Familiarity with SaaS products or B2B platforms
• Exposure to support ticket analysis or customer success metrics
• Background in business analysis, systems analysis, or operations
