Qualitative Research Analyst, Digital Emergency Medicine

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in qualitative data collection, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups
• Lead qualitative data analysis and the subsequent write-up of findings
• Develop and implement systems for data administration and analysis across projects
• Contribute to the development of project plans, critical paths, and deliverables
• Co-develop and draft publications, conference presentations, and dissemination activities
• Assist in drafting grant applications and funding proposals
• Manage participant recruitment and registration for project events and studies
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
• Supervise the work of Research Assistants, students, and volunteers

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of two years of related research experience
• Demonstrated expertise in qualitative research methods and evaluation
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in a research environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the health sciences or education sectors
• Aptitude for or experience with emerging technologies, such as virtual communities and web conferencing
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and maintaining strategic alliances
