About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain safety, health, and quality policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and Hazardous Communication standards.
  • Manage supplier documentation and TraceGains workflows to ensure compliance for all active materials.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, and health.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate document requests from customers and ensure prompt, accurate responses.
  • Track regulatory changes and support compliance with FDA, EPA, and DOT frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, and Product Management, to harmonize compliance processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in safety, quality, or health compliance roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and Hazardous Communication standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with documentation management tools such as TraceGains, SharePoint, or ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
