QSHE Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as Management Representative for ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 management systems
• Ensure compliance with local laws, RoHS, REACH, and Envalior SHE requirements
• Organize and conduct internal audits and management reviews
• Promote safety and quality awareness and culture on site
• Manage quality assurance processes and approve product quality releases
• Serve as Process Owner for Quality Management and Key User for SAP Quality Management processes
• Monitor, analyze, and report on Quality Performance Indicators
• Support master data cleaning, harmonization, and migration in SAP

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environment, Safety, or related engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in quality and SHE management
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Experience in project management
• Relevant certificates in environment or OSHA
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Experience with local compliance, permits, and labor laws

• Proficiency in SAP and general computer skills
