QS Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Quality Management System and related processes (e.g., Technical Cleanliness, ESD) in accordance with certification and customer norms.
• Develop and implement new system and process standards across the quality network.
• Plan, steer, and execute internal, customer, and external system audits.
• Supervise international locations and integrate international criteria into the quality network.
• Manage the sustained problem-solving of findings from audits and certification processes.
• Create and maintain local process documentation in coordination with process owners.
• Design and conduct training courses on quality methods, techniques, and new procedures.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to keep management and specialist entities informed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management, with at least 3 years specifically in quality systems.
• Proven experience in the automotive industry; experience in automotive lighting is preferred.
• Certified IATF16949 and VDA6.3 auditor.
• Extensive experience conducting internal and external audits.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality improvement tools such as SPC, FMEA, and 8D.
• Proficiency in CCC/ECE/SAE regulations is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
