QS Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) and related processes, such as Technical Cleanliness and ESD, in accordance with certification and customer norms.
• Develop and implement new system and process standards across the quality network.
• Plan, steer, and execute internal, customer, and external system audits.
• Supervise international locations and integrate international criteria into the quality network.
• Manage the sustained resolution of findings from audits and certification processes.
• Create and maintain local process documentation in coordination with process owners.
• Design and conduct training courses on quality methods, techniques, and new procedures.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management, with at least 3 years specifically in quality systems.
• Proven experience within the automotive industry (automotive lighting experience is a plus).
• Extensive experience conducting internal and external audits.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality improvement tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D).
• Certified IATF16949 and VDA6.3 auditor.
• Proficiency in English (both oral and written).
• Strong leadership, logical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in CCC, ECE, and SAE regulations.
