Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation, filing systems, and project records
- Coordinate communication between project teams and internal stakeholders
- Support supplier onboarding and vendor setup processes
- Assist with procurement administration and contractor prequalification
- Raise and manage purchase orders and coordinate invoice processing
- Maintain cost trackers, invoice logs, and commitment registers
- Support reconciliation of cost reports, spend reports, and project budgets
- Support project setup and administration within internal systems like Oracle, Procore, and Tririga
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying support, project coordination, or commercial administration
- Experience in construction, real estate, industrial, manufacturing, or data centre projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management systems
- Familiarity with Oracle, Procore, Tririga, or SAP
