QPE Specialist L2

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure achievement of process KPIs according to defined requirements
• Ensure full compliance with local, European, customer, and internal company procedures, including IATF and VDA standards
• Provide regular reports on daily activities to the lead manager and stakeholders
• Perform Yokoten analysis and analyze issues in collaboration with SQE/SQA and sub-suppliers
• Prepare 8D reports and upload them to customer systems
• Manage customer audits and visits effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Distribute customer-specific requirements to plants and monitor implementation
• Create and execute action plans to ensure quality objectives and customer expectations are met

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a related quality or engineering area
• Professional proficiency in both German and English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong knowledge of customer norms, standards, and specifications
• Quality-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
