QMS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with AS9100
• Support development, revision, and control of policies, procedures, and quality records
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal QMS audits across multiple functions
• Support customer, registrar, and regulatory external audits
• Drive root cause analysis and manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities
• Track, analyze, and report QMS metrics and quality system performance indicators
• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on quality procedures and compliance

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing, managing, and auditing QMS
• Experience leading or supporting internal and external audits
• Strong understanding of AS9100 or comparable quality standards
• Experience managing document control and corrective action processes
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain
• Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment
