QMS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build QMS system architecture and establish quality system documents including quality manuals
• Organize internal quality system audits and management reviews
• Coordinate with third-party training and certification agencies for certification audits
• Identify trends and potential issues to propose preventive measures
• Organize root cause analysis of quality issues and verify effectiveness of corrective measures
• Develop standard inspection guidelines
• Maintain clear records of quality activities, reports, and audit records
• Track industry best practices to promote process optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in quality tools including APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, and MSA
• Experience in battery or automotive battery industry is a priority

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with VDA6.3
