QMS Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and processes
• Coordinate and execute internal audits to assess compliance with applicable standards
• Facilitate external audits and ensure certification assurance and coordination
• Supervise the claim management tool and ensure timely closure of Non-conformities and Corrective Actions
• Maintain the Risk and Opportunities register on a regular basis
• Orchestrate customer visits and consolidate specific customer quality requirements per project
• Support process improvements and develop strategies to achieve quality objectives
• Raise employee awareness regarding QMS standards through training and presentations

Requirements

• Internal Auditor certification
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
• 3-5 years of experience in the electrical or mechanical engineering industry
• Proven knowledge of Quality Management, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
• Strong organizational skills, logical thinking, and the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically focused on management systems
• Proficiency in English and the local language
