QI Specialist - Home Health

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate overall quality and performance improvement plans, projects (PIPs), and initiatives
• Work collaboratively with the Quality Improvement Team to drive efficacy in clinical documentation, quality metrics, patient outcomes, and reimbursement

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• OASIS Certification required
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
• Minimum 3 years recent experience in a related role with a certified home health organization
• Strong analytical, assessment, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Diagnosis Coding Certification
