About the role

Responsibilities

  • Foster positive relationships with project partners and inform stakeholders of project progress
  • Support research initiatives by conducting systematic literature reviews and analyzing results
  • Prepare draft statistical reports, research summaries, and formatted data for presentations
  • Implement and execute qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
  • Coordinate research project logistics, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and meeting schedules
  • Assist with Research Ethics Board (REB) submissions and maintain accurate project records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Health Administration, Epidemiology, or a related field
  • Minimum two years of research and project support experience in an academic or healthcare environment
  • Demonstrated experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Experience conducting systematic literature reviews and coordinating REB submissions
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of statistical software (Stata, SPSS, R) or qualitative software (NVivo)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Certification (PMP)
  • Experience coordinating funding application processes
  • Experience with survey design tools such as Qualtrics or Ocean
