QHSE, Process Safety and Industrial Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Accompany operators on process safety and industrial risk management
• Conduct and supervise risk analyses such as HAZOP, HAZID, and AMDEC
• Perform or update Danger Studies (EDD) and provide safety support for projects and installation modifications (MOC)
• Manage regulatory compliance for ICPE and SEVESO sites
• Support exchanges with control authorities (DREAL, Labor Inspection, CARSAT)
• Maintain crisis management plans and emergency plans (POI, PPI)
• Define, implement, and maintain the integrated HSEE management system (ISO 45001, 50001, and 14001)
• Coordinate field interventions including prevention plans and permits
• Manage and develop a team of 4 collaborators across 6 sites in the South-West region

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Process Safety, Industrial Risks, or HSE with strong technical specialization
• Over 5 years of significant experience in a similar role within a chemical industrial site
• Experience in a SEVESO classified environment
• Expertise in chemical risks and industrial processes
• Mastery of ICPE/SEVESO regulations
• Proficiency in risk assessment methods like HAZOP and AMDEC
