QHSE Mission Officer (Apprenticeship)

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external customer complaints and claims through daily reviews and team communication
• Drive root cause analysis using appropriate problem-solving methodologies
• Support the deployment of action plans to reduce customer complaints and report progress via client portals
• Act as Quality Coordinator for special customer orders, including establishing quality plans and coordinating dimensional controls
• Support internal quality audits and the deployment of associated corrective actions
• Participate in daily team meetings and maintain close contact with manufacturing processes

Requirements

• Currently preparing a degree in Quality Management or a related field
• Strong interest in technical products and global customer relations
• Rigorous, curious, and highly organized approach to tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with various teams
• Willingness to work closely with field operations and manufacturing processes
