About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the application of QHSE rules, procedures, and instructions on-site and within the agency
- Participate in QHSE communication with all personnel and conduct safety briefings (causeries)
- Provide administrative and technical support for the creation of QHSE documentation
- Verify, monitor, and control intervention files from opening to client delivery
- Organize field audits and participate in client meetings
- Manage non-conformities and participate in debriefings and feedback sessions (REX)
- Monitor regulatory updates, client requirements, and the agency's QHSE system
- Oversee the periodic regulatory inspections of equipment and materials
- Manage subcontracting QHSE compliance and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bac+3/5 degree specializing in QHSE
- At least 3 years of solid experience in an industrial environment
- Strong field orientation and interest in quality management
- Ability to travel occasionally (2-3 days per month) to CNPE sites across France
- High level of autonomy, rigor, and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the nuclear industry
- Experience with mechanical or metallurgy-focused projects and sites
- Familiarity with nuclear safety certifications and PCR requirements
