QHSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to agencies and support functions, including training needs analysis and validation of safety procedures (PPSPS, SSE).
• Conduct field audits, regulatory inspections, and SSE visits to ensure compliance with PPE, waste management, and operational modes.
• Manage emergency situations by organizing tests (fire, pollution, chemical risks) and coordinating responses.
• Lead accident investigations and near-miss analyses to identify root causes (technical, human, or organizational).
• Oversee environmental compliance, including the management, sorting, and traceability of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Promote a strong safety and environmental culture across technical construction sites.

Requirements

• Specialized training in QSE, QHSE, or Risk Prevention.
• Minimum of 5 years of field experience in QHSE roles.
• Proven experience working on technical sites involving electricity, HVAC, or occupied environments.
• Strong ability to influence, make decisions, and communicate effectively with site management and operational teams.
• Valid driving license (Permis B) is mandatory.
