QHSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout, implementation, and continuous improvement of organization-wide safety protocols and compliance initiatives
• Proactively lead risk assessments for new production and operational endeavors
• Promote adherence to safety standards, including PPE requirements, lifting protocols, and hazard mitigation
• Track, analyze, and report on leading and lagging safety indicators to drive corrective actions
• Develop and maintain safety training programs, audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
• Manage the Quality Assurance function and oversee the Quality Assurance Manager
• Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including audits and documentation control
• Partner with Engineering, Production, and Operations teams to embed quality and safety principles into operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in QHSE, manufacturing operations, or quality systems leadership
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA requirements and incident investigation
• Experience managing and maintaining ISO 9001 quality systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability
• Experience developing SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
