QHSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage QHSE management systems for the industrial site.
• Oversee environmental performance, including monitoring liquid and gaseous emissions and conducting sampling.
• Drive the Health, Safety, and Security management system, including conducting audits and accident investigations.
• Update the DUERPS (Risk Assessment Document) and implement safety action plans.
• Lead the quality management system and manage ISO 9001 certification audits.
• Manage and maintain PEFC certification.
• Supervise a laboratory agent and lead quality reviews.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in QHSE or an equivalent field.
• Confirmed experience in an industrial environment, ideally involving chemical processes.
• Strong mastery of ISO standards and quality management frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage personnel and work transversally across departments.
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
