QHSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the QHSE team in Marlia, Italy, managing workload, capacity, and planned activities.
• Establish, implement, and maintain QHSE management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable QHSE laws, regulations, and international standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor system performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform regulatory monitoring and manage relationships with external partners, including certification bodies and insurance experts.
• Develop and implement training and awareness initiatives regarding QHSE issues.
• Analyze QHSE data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track trends and support R&D projects.
• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of all required QHSE documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing QHSE management systems.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards.
• Expertise in conducting risk assessments and regulatory monitoring.
• Ability to lead a team and represent the legal entity within a global QHSE framework.
• Willingness to travel worldwide as required by the role.
