QHSE Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage the QSE policy for the Givors site, ensuring compliance with regulatory, normative, and internal requirements.
• Lead risk management processes, including identifying health, safety, industrial, and environmental risks.
• Support operational sites in continuous improvement of QSE performance through technical expertise and advice.
• Monitor QSE indicators, ensure data reliability, and provide reporting to stakeholders.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare sites for certification audits such as ISO and MASE.
• Promote a culture of prevention and safety through awareness actions, training, and team support.
• Perform regulatory monitoring to ensure all activities comply with applicable requirements.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including administrations, control bodies, and local authorities.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in QHSE, HSE, or Risk Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in Health & Safety risk management.
• Experience working in an industrial or multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of risk prevention methods and analysis techniques.
• Training in FHO (Human and Organizational Factors) and Lean Six Sigma (LSS).
• Proven ability to lead change, communicate with diverse stakeholders, and work autonomously.
