QHSE Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001) with a focus on ATEX and PED requirements.
• Support the continuous improvement and maintenance of the ISO management system.
• Provide guidance on waste management programs to ensure environmental responsibility.
• Maintain up-to-date ATEX and PED certifications to ensure customer attractiveness.
• Ensure alignment with corporate QHSE strategies and requirements.
• Improve QHSE management systems through audits, SOP development, personnel training, and continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare and report on PED and ATEX status to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Solid experience in PED and ATEX compliance is required.
• Strong understanding of QHSE principles and risk management.
• Practical experience with audits and ISO certifications (9001, 45001, 14001).
• Deep understanding of the Pressure Directive (PED) to provide technical sparring for product development.
• Proven experience in project management and driving improvement initiatives.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Background in Quality Assurance (QA) or a similar field.
