QHSE Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess environmental impacts related to production activities, including air emissions, waste, and liquid effluents
• Evaluate the consequences of industrial activities on human health, the environment, and site organization
• Define and implement action plans to reduce environmental impact and improve performance
• Contribute to the development of environmental education programs and lead awareness campaigns to drive behavioral change
• Perform laboratory analyses of water and wastewater and interpret the results
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of environmental management systems, such as ISO 14001
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS/HSE), Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
• Previous experience or internship in an industrial or environmental management environment
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and management systems (ISO 14001 knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to analyze technical data and propose effective corrective actions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments and influence teams
