QHSE Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage QHSE compliance for the offshore wind Project EA3 O&M stage, covering both onshore and offshore activities.
• Develop, implement, and operate the QHSE Management System to ensure adherence to legislative and business requirements.
• Lead risk management efforts, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of QHSE risks.
• Plan and execute audits, inspections, and incident investigations to ensure hazards are mitigated and corrective actions are closed.
• Drive a proactive safety culture by coordinating leadership programs and facilitating knowledge sharing with contractors and the supply chain.
• Oversee contractor QHSE performance and ensure compliance with statutory obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reporting on project QHSE performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the lead Health & Safety and CDM representative for East Anglia 3 O&M activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QHSE experience, including 2–3 years in offshore operations (wind, oil & gas, or marine infrastructure).
• Valid BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS certification.
• Valid GWO Certifications (Working at Heights, Sea Survival, Fire Awareness, First Aid, Manual Handling).
• Valid and up-to-date OGUK Offshore Medical Certificate.
• CDM 2015 Awareness/Training regarding UK Construction Regulations.
• Must be UK-based with the right to work in the UK.

Preferred Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ Diploma, or equivalent Level 6 qualification.
• Electrical engineering background.
• Proven experience implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors in multi-location offshore environments.
• Experience in offshore wind maintenance, marine logistics, or vessel operations.
