QHSE and Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal and external QHSE and maintenance audits and inspections
• Continuously update risk analyses, including DUERP, HACCP, and environmental assessments
• Manage QHSE and maintenance service providers, including intervention coordination and prevention plans
• Participate in transverse technical projects for site optimization, such as tank farm layouts and filtration technologies
• Drive the QHSE action plan and monitor performance indicators in alignment with ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, and 45001 standards
• Lead safety awareness sessions and support production teams in adhering to standards
• Support certification audits and prepare for new group-level audits (FSSC, safety, etc.)

Requirements

• Higher education with a specialization in QHSE
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance and industrial project management
• Experience in the industrial, food/agri-food, or chemical sectors
• Strong mastery of QHSE fundamentals, including risk analysis and ISO standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team with a hands-on, operational approach
• Rigorous documentation and follow-up skills
