QE PCT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining projects and programs aimed at achieving world-class startup, yield, quality, cost, and output goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication materials
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives and top focus areas
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with both internal and external collaborators
• Provide expert mentorship on process and equipment-related programs, systems, and processes
• Ensure organizational compliance with company policies, regulations, and departmental procedures
• Complete all required safety training and strictly adhere to Micron’s safety policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in an engineering role, preferably within the semiconductor industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dedication to safety and compliance with all relevant policies and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AMC control or N2 Purge processes
