QC Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and testing of products to ensure conformity to defined specifications, QC checklists, and engineering drawings
• Inspect incoming raw materials, electronic components (PCBA), and mechanical parts
• Document inspection results and perform system transactions in SAP after buyoff
• Perform inspection and document results of First Article Inspection (FAI) samples submitted from suppliers
• Initiate Quality Notifications via SAP for non-conforming products detected during inspection
• Carry out administrative functions, such as the collation of Device History Records (DHR)

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary school education or equivalent
• Experience performing inspections of PCBA, electrical, and mechanical parts with reference to engineering drawings
• Working knowledge of measurement tools including vernier calipers, micrometers, smartscopes, and pipettes
• Ability to use microscopes, eye loupes, and luxo lamps for detailed inspection

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience in laboratory activities
