QC Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control sampling in production based on established sampling plans
• Verify product compliance with specifications through visual inspections and precise measurements
• Complete laboratory notebooks and inspection forms accurately
• Execute precise measurements and perform basic calculations
• Maintain correct working practices to ensure product quality
• Participate in investigations regarding non-conformities
• Support validations, other testing procedures, and environmental monitoring measurements
• Maintain the physical defect catalog and collaborate with other departments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a QC Technician or in a relevant role
• Proficiency with computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• High level of precision, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks with consistency
• Strong cooperation and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical vocational training or certification
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Familiarity with ISO standards
