QC Stability Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Enroll products into the Quality Stability program and maintain inventory throughout the study duration
• Manage quality system records, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
• Create or revise procedures to support continuous process improvement
• Perform impact assessments for changes affecting Quality Control Laboratory Operations Support teams
• Submit Master Data Requests (MDR) to support required changes in LIMS
• Contribute to Quality Risk Assessments and Training Guides
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline testing timelines and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience; OR an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience with quality systems such as investigations, CAPA, Change Control, and Commitments

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Trackwise and Vault
• Experience in a GMP environment
• Experience with LIMS (LabWare LIMS is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field
