QC Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and analysis of raw materials, intermediate controls, and finished products according to SOPs
• Ensure the validity of analytical data and perform timely data entry into the system
• Conduct daily maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments according to the maintenance plan
• Prepare daily analytical solutions and manage routine label printing
• Maintain responsibility for assigned 5S areas to ensure laboratory organization and cleanliness

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Applied Chemistry, Fine Chemical Engineering, Chemical Analysis, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work rotating shifts (4-shift, 3-rotation system, 8-hour shifts, 6 days on/2 days off)
• Strict compliance with company regulations and HSE management standards
• Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
• English communication skills are preferred
