QC Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the laboratory team to ensure batch release and stability testing activities are completed within defined timelines and in compliance with QMS requirements.
• Implement and maintain Vantive QMS requirements for Laboratory Systems.
• Drive the implementation of Visual Management and 6S practices within the laboratory.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, VIP projects, and enhance performance indicators.
• Manage key quality systems including Laboratory Investigation Reports (LIR), Change Control, Documentation, NCR/CAPA, and Internal Audits.
• Support the Validation Manager and Stability Process Lead by providing necessary laboratory resources and ensuring testing is executed within expected timeframes.

Requirements

• Degree in Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and GDP requirements.
• Proven experience in laboratory operations and quality systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
