QC Manager, Home Textiles

Responsibilities

• Oversee QC operations at factories, including inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
• Provide guidance to manufacturing partners on in-line production quality control and first production qualification
• Investigate and address quality-related issues, customer complaints, and non-conforming materials
• Prepare and submit reports on quality control activities, audits, and non-conformance
• Ensure factory compliance with company standards and documentation practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a relevant field
• 10+ years of proven experience in quality control, ideally in consumer goods or retail
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or field quality
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Proficiency in root cause analysis within a manufacturing context
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for partner collaboration
