QC Manager, Cookware/Kitchenware

Responsibilities

• Oversee QC operations at the factories, including the inspections of raw materials, in-process / in-line production and finished goods
• Provide guidance to manufacturing partners’ QC and production on in-line production quality control, assisting first production qualification, problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Investigate and address quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-conforming materials
• Prepare and submit reports on quality control activities, including inspection results, audits, and non-conformance reports
• Ensure factories comply with company standards and good documentation practices by providing accurate records of inspections, test results, and other quality-related documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a relevant field
• 5+ years of proven experience in quality control, ideally in consumer goods or retail
• Quality control experience in a manufacturing environment and/or field quality experience
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective partner collaboration
• Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis within a manufacturing environment
