QC Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all quality activities for the Oil, Gas, and Chemicals division, including Engineering and Procurement phases
• Report to the Quality Director and Division Director on all project quality matters
• Assign quality personnel, including QC Engineers, Inspectors, and Document Controllers, to specific site activities
• Review and monitor the application of Company IMS Policies and Procedures at the project level
• Evaluate contract requirements to determine if existing IMS documents are sufficient or if project-specific versions are required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized university
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification
• Minimum of 20 years of total professional experience
• At least 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Manager specifically within Oil & Gas EPC projects (covering Pipeline, Piping, Tanks, Process Equipment, etc.)
• ADNOC approval as a Project Quality Manager
• Proven experience managing large-scale capital projects through regular reviews and critical inspections
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
